We took the challenge of designing an executive rental on a small, sharply sloping block and created an elegant four bedroom residence for our investor clients.
A feeling of opulence and space is achieved through clever design with office, study, media room and living in an open plan layout. This seamlessly flows out to an alfresco entertaining area, with designer pool and spa.
Although limited by a tight budget, the home incorporates a chef’s kitchen, high void ceilings, and high quality finishes, showcasing an impressive home for the corporate executives it’s intended for.
